Meet my friend Angie. We met when her family moved to East Texas when she was a young girl. We became instant friends but everyone becomes friends with her. She lights up every room she enters with her huge smile and even bigger heart. She is one of those friends that you might not talk to for awhile but just thinking about her brings you comfort. I don’t think she has ever met a stranger. And you are assured that if you do have the pleasure of meeting her one day, you will want to call her friend too. She has the most amazing voice and when she sings it sounds like it comes from heaven above. She is a busy mother and former banker who recently starting selling for Thirty One Gifts. She is really good at it too. I had no doubt. She enjoys life outside the big city with her handsome husband Tom, her teenage kids who are coming and going, and animals galore. I am so happy I met her all those years ago.

Going to Canton, Texas for First Monday Trade Days every chance I get!
My Keurig coffee maker, that provides me with any type of coffee my heart desires (or hot chocolate or chai latte, etc) one cup at a time….(just in case I change my mind about what I want to drink…after all, it IS a woman’s prerogative to change her mind!)
My precious pups (a Pekingese and a Westie mix) who BOTH have first and middle names…. Molly Kate and Ellie Mae! Oh, and let’s not forget my chocolate lab, Walker, Texas Ranger, who has THREE names! (Can you tell I’m a Chuck Norris fan?!)
Date night at LEAST once every couple of weeks (sometimes more!) with my hot husband! Hubba, Hubba!
Sequined flip-flops all summer long (and I’d wear them all winter, too, if I thought I could get away with it!)
Listening to ALL types of music from Country to Classical, to Contemporary Christian, to Classic Rock to Jazz/R&B, etc… and always singing along!
Gathering veggies from our garden with my hubby in the evenings, when the sun is just starting to go down.
Vacationing everywhere from Hotel Del Coronado to DisneyWorld to Branson to the Biltmore to San Antonio….they ALL have their own unique charm!
Sitting on my back patio late at night, looking at the beautiful stars God has decorated the skies with….and seeing a shooting star or an orbiting satellite from time to time.
