The countdown is on for my niece Lauren and her fiancee’ Kyle’s wedding.
How in the world is she old enough to be walking down the aisle?
It’s one of those double Aggie weddings! It seems like a tradition in our family! Most recently, my nephew Jackson and my niece Amy!
There WILL be a lot of “whooping” on the dance floor!
My sisters and I gave them a couples shower back in March. It was pretty magical under all the beautiful live oak trees at Texas Keeper Cider. It’s located in the little unincorporated town of Manchaca just south of Austin. Blink and you might miss it. It reminds me of the way Austin used to be!
It was laid back, low key and exactly what this extra special couple wanted it be!
They don’t like to be fussed over. But they do like those little bundt cakes. Well, we had to get those!
We decided on an outdoor picnic theme with charcuterie trays on various tables.
Kyle proposed while they were on a picnic so we thought it would be very fitting.
We hired a photographer to take pictures at the shower and then each family at sunset if they wanted to get their picture taken.
We wanted them to have a unique souvenir from the day.
Family pictures are such a thing to treasure.
I wanted to share some of the pictures from the day.
The photographer took so many it was hard to choose! She was so awesome! And I had a hard time picking them out.
Texas Keeper Cider is just a little piece of heaven. I hope it stays exactly like it is until that next event in Austin. It’s totally worth the drive.
Now, let’s get ready for a wedding!
Stay Sassy Y’all.
