Sassy on the Street for this week happens in my hometown of Kilgore, Texas. I have been visiting family and taking pictures of the downtown area. It looks so beautiful now with all the revitalization efforts over the past several years. I hope to have it all finished up and posted in the next few days. I took pictures of some girlfriends all around the landmarks in fashions from the clothing stores. It is so hard to decide on what pictures to use. There are so many good ones. In the meantime, I found some sassy gals on my way out of town.
This is Alesha. She was visiting from Michigan where she is a nurse. She looks adorable in this cotton dress that she found at TJ Maxx and blingy shoes from Target. Her Grandfather was with her as well and he wanted me to make sure and take her picture with her sunglasses off to show her beautiful blue eyes! He was right! You do have beautiful eyes Alesha! I hope you enjoyed your visit!
This is Chris. I spotted her hat from across the street! She bought it in Reno when she was at a car show with her husband. Isn’t it just fabulously fun! She likes to buy unique items in her travels because they are wonderful reminders of good times. She was off for spring break and doing a little shopping! We figured out in our little chat that we know about a million of the same people and some are my relatives! Don’t you love small towns!
Meet Carmen and her fabulous faux snake sandals! They belong in the “Sassy Hall of Fame.” Her and her friend Cindy, who works in downtown Kilgore, where doing a little shopping at Heart to Heart. I love Cindy’s lace vest and her bracelets! I should have asked her what she had in her bag! Thank you girls for letting me take your picture!
I promise to get better at finding out where the sassy gals bought their outfits! I get to chatting and forget to ask but I sure do make some new friends!
Stay Sassy Y’all!
