Re: Why all the long pants?

I have recently been on the hunt for new blue jeans to wear to all the Holiday parties in attempt to look a little hip and trendy. I was wondering if you all got together and decided that every woman in the world must wear stiletto heels with blue jeans therefore making it necessary to make aforementioned blue jeans longer. No one I know wants to wear heels this high.  This is not exactly the shoe of choice for our kids games at the soccer field or gym. Those heels get stuck in the dirt and scuff up the floors and don’t tell me to just roll up the pants so you can wear them with flats because  some jeans won’t stay rolled up and stilettos just hurt your feet after about 10 minutes. They do make your legs look good but aren’t exactly practical and I really don’t have the time to have new pants altered. Did you forget that us forty somethings have way more discretionary income than the twenty somethings you seem to be catering to? Please stop it and make us some shorter pants. Pretty,please.
