I have a love/hate relationship with my minivan. I love the practicality and the automatic sliding doors. I love that it has long been paid for. I love it when it is clean. I took a picture because it stays clean for about 23 seconds. My kids think it is their personal storage unit. I know I won’t have to drive it forever. I look forward to the times when I can take the hubby’s relatively clean car to the store all by myself and crank open the moon roof for an ever so brief feeling of coolness.
I really hate the blind spots in this car. I am still not used to how big it is either, even though I have driven it for seven years. I tend to hit things in my garage. Here is an example. I usually bump the recycle bin. On this day it was a folding chair. I was half way down the street when I heard a scraping noise. Don’t attempt this at home. Professional stunt woman was used. No pets were harmed in the taking of this picture. My son of course thought it was hysterical.
My sister in law bought these napkins for me. She drives a cool car but I have these napkins!
And to all my fellow minivan driving friends who sacrifice coolness for the sake of their families….may all your minivan dreams come true too!
