Holiday Ole’ Market is just around the corner. It is the perfect place to find unique and specialized gifts to put under your Christmas tree. It is also combines shopping and entertainment like no other event in town. I think I have attended every year. I also served on the Ole’ committee when I was a member of the Junior League. I may gush a little bit on this post. I just can’t help myself!
I am spotlighting a few local merchants that you will find at the Junior League of San Antonio’s major fundraising event. It will be held beginning on Wednesday, October 24th through Saturday October 27th at the Shrine Auditorium.
This week I am sharing some of the looks you will find at the Bless Your Heart booth. They are a unique and local boutique and gift store that has two locations. And when I say unique, it really is a place like no other. They have clothing, shoes, jewelry, and gift items galore. You could spend hours and not see the same thing twice. It is fun, girly and fabulous!
I met some moms there from the San Antonio Mother of Multiples group. Y’all may notice that I like to take their pictures for this blog. I can’t help it. When my twins were young and I was a stay at home Mom, I would have loved if someone called me out of the blue to ask me to come and pretend to be a model! I had every intention of making it a fun day without the kids. But my schedule changed so we had to make it happen some how with all the kids there.
Fear not, these are women who are used to having to change plans at a moments notice. They picked out some outfits and gave the kids snacks. They then posed perfectly on cue. Talk about the models of efficiency!
She is the mother of triplets and probably the most laid back mothers I have ever met.
I guess because she used to be a high school counselor. Three toddlers must seem like a piece of cake!
She looks so lovely in this colorful top. This is the one of many that will be found for purchase at Holiday Ole’.
They range from $25-40. Her popular Miss Me Jeans are $88.
The necklace is $25.
We took this picture right outside of the barn where the store is now located. I love looking around Bracken Village.
It feels like you are out in the country!
And I just love this picture of you Tina!
Now we have Breane. She has twin toddler daughters and a baby boy.
Before she became a stay at home mom, she was an anthropologist working for the NASA DEVLEOP program.
Yes, smart and pretty! I just love her smile.
Her Chevron dress is only $36 and the leggings are $12.
Her necklace is $25.
The bracelets and Yellow Box shoes can be found at BYH too!
We couldn’t decide what picture we liked the most so I’m posting this one too!
You are looking sassy girl!
You should really go out to see their new location in the barn.
It is roomier but has the same fun atmosphere that BYH shoppers love!
They are packing lots of things for Holiday Ole’.
The ornaments are always a popular item that sell out pretty fast!
You need to hurry up and buy one or three.
They always have fun sayings on them.
Here is a little behind the scenes look at our morning.
Models, moms, same thing in my eyes.
Her kids have the prettiest red hair!
