I wanted to give y'all a little update about what's been going on in my personal life. It seems like I've been blogging here and there and not really letting my readers know what I've been up to lately. No one really prepares you for the grief you feel when you lose your momma.  It's gut wrenching, lonely, and no one really wants to talk about it that much. Big Changes Coming to Livin’ Sassy

My little blog has been awfully quiet lately, too quiet. I never knew how much I loved blogging until I stopped doing it full time. Something happened a few months ago that put me on a path for change. I received a phone call in my car during my work -day. About Me

A few weeks ago I updated the "About Me" on the blog. Initially I had put something vague about who I was because it felt rather strange to have a whole website to myself.  It felt a little narcissistic at first. Plus, I wanted the blog to be about my friends too. So, How was your weekend?

I had the most marvelous weekend of food. I felt like I was on vacation. I have been wanting to sit down and blog about it since Saturday night but I haven't had the chance. My mother-in-law is still here and the kids and hubby and the lions and tigers and bears, oh my! I can already tell my schedule will be drastically changed for the summer. I used to come straight home from dropping the kids off and pour my second cup of coffee while listening to Pandora and just blogged whatever I pleased.
